El pimiento de Alepo es originario de Siria, pero ahora se cultiva casi exclusivamente en el sur de Turquía, cerca de la ciudad de Alepo. Su ligero picante, similar al pimiento de Espelette, y su sabor a tomate seco y frutos secos lo harán indispensable en tu cocina. Tradicionalmente, el Alepo se muele, se sazona con un poco de aceite y sal, y luego se seca al sol: esto es lo que lo hace tan único. Unas pizcas aportarán autenticidad a tus kebabs, hummus y otros platos emblemáticos de Oriente Medio. Sin embargo, su uso puede extenderse a los platos más simples como ensaladas.

Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within the first month. Please note that the cost of return shipping falls under your responsibility.
For in-store returns, we provide a refund in the form of a gift voucher. However, for online purchases, we issue a direct refund given that not being able to physically see the product does have its limitations.
In case of a defective product, we will fully reimburse the cost of the product and the shipping expenses once we receive and inspect the item.
