Hibi is a new concept of relaxing fragrances for your home. They are incense matches with a duration of 10 minutes.
It works in a very simple way:
1) Light an incense match with the same box, you don't need extra fire.
2) Wait for the flame to go out
3) Place it on the special mat that comes in the other box.
4) Enjoy a relaxing aroma
Made in Japan with the traditional incenses of the island of Awaji and the matches of Harima, uniting two of the traditional crafts of the prefecture of Hyogo. Working with two companies that have been dedicated to promoting and revaluing the traditional industry for more than 80 years.

Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. are shipped on the same day and those placed after are shipped within two days. Nevertheless, external factors may sometimes influence delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within 4 days, please contact us.

We offer worldwide shipping, barring few exceptions.
The delivery times typically amount to a week. Please be aware that local customs might levy charges on your shipment.
Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within the first month. Please note that the cost of return shipping falls under your responsibility.
For in-store returns, we provide a refund in the form of a gift voucher. However, for online purchases, we issue a direct refund given that not being able to physically see the product does have its limitations.
In case of a defective product, we will fully reimburse the cost of the product and the shipping expenses once we receive and inspect the item.
