El kibbe es una fritura rellena que se compone de carne picada, bulgur y especias. Se caracteriza por su forma ovoidal acabada en dos extremos puntiagudos, normalmente servidas con salsa de yogur (tzatziki). Es una especialidad muy extendida en Oriente Medio, especialmente en Líbano, Turquía, Palestina y Siria.

Nuestras especias Kebbeh se componen, entre otros, de comino, canela, cebolla, pétalos de rosa de Isfahán, limón negro y pimienta de Alepo. Una mezcla compleja compuesta por una veintena de especias que le confieren el equilibrio adecuado y una encantadora redondez.

Ingredientes: comino, siete especias libanesas (cilantro, canela de Ceilán, macis, almendra, clavo, pimienta de Kampot, bayas de Jamaica, azúcar sin refinar, cardamomo, galanga), cebollas (sulfitos naturalmente presentes en el ajo, la cebolla, la chalota...), polvo de naranja, pimentón, pimienta negra, pimienta de Alepo, pétalos de rosa, flor de sal de guérande, albahaca de Provenza, mejorana de Provenza, menta piperita, limón negro, cardamomo, kororima.
